So who are Rosemary and Pork Belly?

Rosemary and Pork Belly were born in an English pub on a wet and windy March day in 2013, out of a desire to share our travel experiences and love of good food.

Rosemary has a track record in media as a radio journalist, writer for travel publications and a short-story author.

Travel loves: Whilst happy curled up with a book poolside or in a cosy country cottage, she prefers poking about in hidden history and quirky museums. She’s a big fan of the Romans, Richard the Third and Regency renegades.

Food preferences: Vegetarian by choice, vegan-ish by genetics (allergic to cow’s milk), eating out is always an adventure and sometimes a challenge.

Pork Belly is a chef turned photographer.
With publishing credits in travel and consumer magazines, educational books and stock shots from around the world.

Travel loves: A go-anywhere-at-anytime type, he’s always pushing on around the next corner. He can’t bear sitting still by a pool but will wait for hours for the light to be just right for that perfect shot.

Food preferences: Anything well seasoned, beautifully presented and fresh. Hates figs, dates and peanut butter.
