Spicy Chillish® Prawn Noodles

This recipe comes from Pollyanna’s Kitchen using her special chilli oil.

Pollyanna says, “This is a quick, nutritious and delicious recipe, which can be knocked up at the drop of a hat. It makes a great ‘standing meal’ if you need to impress a group of people quickly. All they need is a bowl and a fork!”

Spicy Chillish® Prawn Noodles

Thai inspired chilli noodles from Pollyanna's Kitchen

Ingredients
  

  • 4 tablespoons Chillish® Oil
  • 200 g fresh egg noodles
  • 200 g large prawns
  • 100 g tender-stem broccoli
  • 4 tablespoons Chillish® Gubbins plus more to taste
  • Handful of cashew nuts optional
  • Handful chopped coriander
  • 2 spring onions finely sliced

Instructions
 

  • Add the Chillish® Oil to a wok or large pan and when sizzling, add the broccoli.
  • Fry for 2 minutes, then add the noodles (you may need to do them in batches).
  • Fry for 3-4 minutes and once browned, lower the heat.
  • Add the prawns and fry for 3-4 minutes, until they are pink and cooked through.
  • Add the Chillish® Gubbins, cashew nuts (if using) and the coriander. Stir through, then garnish with spring onions and serve.
