Really rich dark chocolate Guinness tart

Guinness and Chocolate tart

Why do dark chocolate and Guinness go so well together?

Is it the matching shade of deep, dark brown?

Is it the velvety smoothness that both possess?

Is it that indefinable mix of bitter and sweet?

Whatever it is, Pork Belly’s a fan – and we’re sure you will be too with this recipe that’s an adaptation of a Richard Fox original.

To keep the recipe dairy-free, we used Flora Plant Butter and milk free digestive biscuits.

Be careful not to use too much butter when making the base, but even with the right amount, there may be a little leakage during the baking process. It’s all good!
