Vegan jumbleberry chocolate cake

This recipe for a vegan jumbleberry chocolate cake was inspired by combining two different influences. Firstly Graham Colombotti at Deerview Deli mentioned that his favourite preserve, jumbleberry, made a great filling for a sponge cake.
